How do I get a custom item?
If you would like minor adjustment such as changing the words or color of the words. Your change can add your requested changes in the NOTES SECTION on the checkout page.

T-shirt designs can be customized. Customization include colors and word changes to available shirts. Custom designs are also available.
Do you offer Custom shirt designs that are not shown on the website?
Yes, we do provide custom designs for an additional charge. You can email us your custom idea.
When does my order ship?
Orders are shipped the next day after it is processed.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Where is my package?
Once your order has shipped it is in the hands of USPS. If your tracking number states that your order has been delivered and you have not received your order. Please contact USPS at 800-ASK- USPS (800-275-8777).

Do you provide pickup or delivery for orders?
We are currently providing local delivery for orders.
Delivery is available only in Bolingbrook, IL.. You can choose the delivery option at checkout.
What shipping carrier do Addiah Brand use?
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Shipping. Click on the link below to get an estimate on when you will receive your order after it is shipped.
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed.
